Meet Jacob Kleinman
We’re pleased to welcome Jacob Kleinman to Versatile Marine as our new Head of Business Development.
Jacob brings a strong background in business development, project leadership, and strategic delivery across commercial, government, and technology-driven environments. His experience working with complex organisations and multi-stakeholder projects aligns closely with Versatile Marine’s focus on delivering practical, high-performance solutions for demanding commercial operations.
Jacob’s Experience
Most recently, Jacob has served as a Principal at Signo, where he led project management consultancy services supporting a diverse range of clients, including Commonwealth Government entities, Regional Development Australia, and private sector organisations. His work has involved driving business growth, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering outcomes in environments where clarity, trust, and execution matter.
Alongside this, Jacob currently contributes to innovative technology-led organisations in advisory and executive capacities, including NanoCube Health and Breaker, where he supports strategic growth, governance, and emerging technology integration.
At Versatile Marine, Jacob will play a key role in strengthening relationships with commercial operators, partners, and stakeholders as we continue to expand our HDPE work boat capability and broader shipbuilding services.
